1. Appointments All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept card payments and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

3. Cancellations We require a minimum of 4 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Refunds Refunds are processed at our discretion. Where a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or cancelled.

6. Customer Conduct We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in an inappropriate or disrespectful manner.
