Manni has always been passionate about transforming the "average" into the "great," and the path to perfection begins with the right tools. This drew him to the innovative part of the industry.

He was always attempting to open cutters to understand how these machines worked and what could be done to improve them. With his habit of not leaving his tools in their factory settings, he ensures that he finds something to tune up or customize in order to get the most out of those machines.

In addition, Manni has a strong interest in community development and works closely with clients and organizations to promote business growth through solo/joint ventures, startups, and entrepreneurship.
