I've just made a booking, what happens next?
Fantastic! You'll receive two emails:
The first email confirms we’ve received your booking, and it is being reviewed by the barber.
The second email will confirm that your appointment is officially booked.
What is the Men's MB Package?
The Men's MB Package is a premium service at Manni Barbers, designed to elevate your grooming experience. It includes:
Face/Beard Steam – Not only relaxing but great for your skin.
Wave Training – Helping to shape and enhance wave patterns.
Du-Rag and Hair Steam – Ideal for those with waves, it trains hair growth patterns for a smoother finish.
Finishing Products – Includes wave butter and curl enhancements for a polished look.
Am I able to book permanent slots like before?
Yes, you can inquire directly with your barber about block bookings. Please note that space is extremely limited, so it’s best to discuss availability with your barber.
Can I cancel after I've booked?
Yes, you can cancel your appointment as long as you provide at least 4 hours’ notice to receive a full refund.
For cancellations made within the 4-hour window, the deposit will unfortunately be non-refundable, as these spots are harder to fill at short notice.
Please note, appointments booked within the 4-hour window also require a non-refundable deposit.
How do I cancel my appointment?
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by logging into your customer area. Simply head there to view your options.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule your appointment through your customer area, just like cancellations. Check your options there to reschedule to a more suitable time.
How long will I have to wait for my refund?
We use Stripe for payment processing. According to their policy, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process. This is handled directly through Stripe, not by us.
Can I pay by card or bank transfer when I get there ?
Yes, we accept most major debit cards, cash, or bank transfers. Since you’ve already paid a 50% deposit, you’ll just need to pay the remaining 50% at the appointment.
I would like to book an Out Of Hours (OOH), how do I go about this?
If your barber is available for OOH appointments, they will offer those slots for booking. Look for time slots labeled "Out of Hours" when making your booking.
What happens if I'm running late, what will be the cut off time?
It really can depend on what Services you are having done, in some cases discretion may apply if its for a full cut.
eg. Lets say you arrive 20mins late for a full cut, you may only be able to get a taper/shape up, or get a cut but no beard work, fade and cut, with no work on top of the head.
so it really can depend. best practice is to leave out earlier. 'it's better to be waiting for your barber than your barber waiting for you.' Please be advised, you will still be charged for the service that was originally booked.
The cut-off time depends on the services you’re receiving. In some cases, discretion may apply.
For example, if you arrive 20 minutes late for a full cut, you may only have time for a taper or shape-up, or you might get a cut but skip beard work.
It’s best to leave earlier to ensure you get the full service. Remember, "It’s better to wait for your barber than have your barber wait for you." Please note, you’ll still be charged for the originally booked service, regardless of time limitations.
Is there parking available at your location?
Yes, we offer on-street parking, but please note that it can get busy. Alternatively, there are affordable parking options nearby that you can consider.
